Service requests

Our Service Department can be contacted at 937.259.0082 during normal business hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm or by emailing service@superiormech.com.

Non EMERGENCY service requests

Can be submitted by emailing service@superiormech.com. These emails are only checked during normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Monday - Friday. If calling after hours press option 2 for the 'General Service Mailbox'  and the Service Department will contact you the next business day.

after hours EMERGENCY service requests

 Calling 937.259.0082 and selects option 1 for the 'Emergency Service Mailbox' our the on-call technician will call you back. If 15-20 passes the Service Manager is notified of the call and will respond as well.
