We offer preventative maintenance agreements custom fit to your equipment and specifications.  When scheduled maintenance is preformed, problems can be caught before they occur, preventing costly repairs and down time.

 Our Service Department can be contacted at 937.259.0082 during normal business hours Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm or by emailing service@superiormech.com. 

non EMERGENCY service requests

 Can be submitted by emailing service@superiormech.com. These emails are only checked during normal business hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST Monday - Friday. If calling after hours press option 2 for the 'General Service Mailbox'  and the Service Department will contact you the next business day. 

after hours emergency service requests

 Calling 937.259.0082 and selects option 1 for the 'Emergency Service Mailbox' our the on-call technician will call you back. If 15-20 passes the Service Manager is notified of the call and will respond as well.
